In the UK a civil activist known as "Angle Grinder Man" shows up for free and in costume to remove wheel lock boots! This is real folks, this guy is one of my personal heros. If only 10% of people out there took action like this, things like wheel locks, speed/light camera traps, and over priced parking meters would be a thing of the past.
